How do I start using Beck and Call's services?
Getting started with Beck and Call is very easy. Simply call Sue Hawkins of Beck and Call at 416-970-0123 or email Beck and Call and let us know your needs.
We will arrange a time to meet with you to review the services you are interested in using. A meeting is preferred if you are planning to use our At Home services.
We would be happy to discuss requests for any of our other services over the phone or by email.

Why should I use your service?
Are your daily tasks and errands stressing you out? Do you wish you had more 'me' time in the day? If your answer is "yes" then you should consider using our services.
We'll help you free up more time for yourself so that you are able to do the things you enjoy. Our goal is to alleviate the stress in your life and help manage your time more effectively.

How much notice do you need?
We will do everything we possibly can to accommodate your needs in a timely fashion. Same-day needs will be met if they can fit into our day's schedule. For this reason, we recommend you notify us in advance.

Do your fees include materials?
All materials and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the client.

How will I be invoiced for the services I have used?
We kindly request all payments be made at the time the service has been rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Personal Cheques. You will receive a statement via email listing the charges of each rendered service.
