Pricing

Beck and Call Services
Fees and quotes on most of our services are based on an hourly rate of $30 unless otherwise indicated. Time for each service is billed in 30 minute increments.

Meal Services
Menu planning and grocery lists are done on a one week basis starting at $75.

Selling your Home services
Staging consultation is $75 per hour. A written report is included.

At Home Services
House sitting (plant watering, lights turned on and off, etc.) is charged at $20 per visit.

Closet and home organization is charged at an hourly rate of $45.

Organizing of home office, closets or cupboards, must be assessed in person for accurate quoting.

Errand Services
The maximum time for a half day of errands is 3 hours.

The maximum time for a full day of errands is 6 hours.

Additional Fees
Mileage is not included in our hourly rates. $.35 per kilometer will be applied to any distance that needs to be traveled 20 kilometers outside of Markham, Unionville or Richmond Hill.

Special Pricing
Discount packages are available for multiple services.

Terms

Payment Schedule
Payment is required the day of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Cheque or cash. A $30 charge is required for any NSF cheques.

Shopping Terms
All non refundable purchases are to be paid in advance.

Purchasing of items by Beck and Call must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.

Credit Card Policy
Clients using a credit card must sign a contract stating they agree to all charges made by Beck and Call and will receive an emailed statement for each transaction.
